Somerset Court, Joliet Highway, Joliet Highway and Somerset Court in New Lenox. There's two male white juveniles, one's wearing a gray hoodie. They are running around the area, blowing a boat emergency horn. They do not look to be in distress, just being a kid. They were last seen on Somerset going northbound towards Joliet Highway.
