Frank 2680, show me en route to Memorial through 60. 80, 10-4. 88. 99 Sangman, 1899 Sangman at the China Star. There's a white male, camel hat, black shirt that was originally causing problems with some customers. He started to expose himself. Last seen westbound Sangman. He was yelling about possibly being 32, but nothing was ever displayed.
