Medic 5. Medic Engine 5, Gold Cross 586, 1356 East Michigan Avenue, 950 South. On a 59-year-old female, conscious breathing, was in a car accident around 1800 hours and is now feeling nauseous and confused. Patient does have a history of migraines. Says there will be a dog inside the home but is friendly and will have the dog on a leash. They're stating the best access is to use the east entry door and that should be unlocked.
