17-11, all they advised was a black bag. Radio 17-03. Radio. 17-03, that's going to be level 2 on the south red deck at the exit. Just got updated information from the parking. They advise that a vehicle backed up into one of their barriers. They're saying there's pretty extensive damage to the vehicle. It may need a tow.
