If you guys could respond to the area of 35 Newell Street, caller lives there and stated that a few houses down, there was a car driving down the street and yelling, looked to be a small SUV. Caller stated that they either hit a house or the tree, unknown what. They did turn onto Mentor Avenue, going eastbound.
