Engine department, we have a rescue condition at Barbara Jordan and Page Street at Fox 1401 for Rescue 14, Engine 18 on FireTac 203, which might be changing to a psychiatric, something about a person in a manhole. I'm just going to continue the response to FireTac 203 until EMS decides otherwise.
