Charles 2, 24 and 435 at 2028 for possible disturbance with a weapon, 2348 St. Paul Street. Second info, time delay two minutes. Complainant was on TX with pregnant friend, a Black female, 9 when to run. He heard the female screaming and arguing with her father of kids. Heard the female say, go ahead and put a gun to my head and then disconnected. Father of the kids drives a blue van. The friend's one-year-old daughter is also on scene. 2400 South, 2345 East.
