Sundale Bridge, 820 Sundale Bridge Drive, cross of Auditorium. There's a RP at the location who apparently feeds the homeless, advising he knows her first name is Jennifer, unknown last, WFA, approximately 35, baseball cap, t-shirt and shorts. She's running in and out of traffic in the parking lot, appears to possibly be having a mental health episode, and he knows that she also is not taking her mental health medication.
