I was the one in the building. I pulled in to work and this gentleman was using our dumpster. I told him it wasn’t a public dumpster and to take his trash somewhere else. He asked who I was and I shared that I was the director. He left, came back pulled on the door multiple times. Left again and then came back trying to get in. Cops were able to locate him and talk to the gentleman. He said he was trying to apologize…
