Can you respond to 570 North Kansas? 570 North Kansas. Caller is not on scene, but she's been walking by there several times this past week and has noticed there's two to four cats that look to be in critical condition and are possibly malnourished and not taking care of properly. She said the owners of that residence barely follow the cats. They should be outside cats, but she's not 100%% sure. You can go to 570 North Kansas.
