In the area of 1900 West Mansfield, probably the same guy from 1400 West Jackson earlier that was prowling yards in his boxers. He's at 1900 West Mansfield now. Might have gotten susceptible with the caller's dad. He chased him. Dad's returned now. This guy's described as giving a tan skin, long curly black hair, wearing only gray shorts. They left westbound on Mansfield from 1900 West.
