461. 464. 461 and 464 on a disturbance, Bishop Rehab, 918 James Street. 918 James Street, cross of Highland Street and Oak Street. The second floor in the hallway, caller's the employee. There's a resident swinging wheelchair legs at staff, attempting to get into rooms, causing a disturbance. They're currently trying to hold him off. He's screaming in the background of the call. Very aggressive for the call taker.
