Units check location. This is a return call, 13931 Lisa Circle. We've now had both involved parties calling in. Original RP is at the call location advising neighbor at 13927 Lisa is shining a light into her house. Additional RP at 13927 states the neighbor called in stating she has a protection order against her neighbors. They're walking along the fence line shining lights into their house.
