I’m not sure. I was on my balcony at the Amli apartments when I saw the wrong way driver. They were sitting at a green light getting honked at coming up Pacific, then turned left onto Broadway (going the wrong way) then turned left onto Cedar. This intersection in the video is Cedar and 3rd
are the kids sitting across the ones that were driving wrong way?
