We've got a priority 3 that was sent back from our nurse navigation line, located at the Gold's Gym at 10708 Kingston Pike. 42-year-old male states he almost fell and caught himself, heard something pop in his shoulder. States he has healing in his arm, but it's tingling. Also has pain in his foot. Patient is located outside, was on the line with nurse navigation, but the phone disconnected and patient is out of minutes. Patient is wearing a black top and jeans. Run number is 7753, 7753.
