Medic 4, verifying a Charlie response. Zone 82 at Southwood Village Apartments, 4401 South 27th Street, Building B, Apartment 4. Caller is not on location, but got video from a 24-year-old female of herself stabbing herself with scissors in an attempt to self-harm. Caller reports there was some bleeding, but not serious.
