I'm sure the video shows someone speeding
Speeding im sure
No one was speeding... I don't know what caused it but her entire front tire axel quarter panel blew out the front of the car. I was walking on the sidewalk just up from where it happened seconds later she would have been passing me
There is no motorcycle involved and not a stolen car.
Good because my first thought was if the car looks like that I dont want to know what the motorcycle looked like
