13 and 10, 167 Hawkins Oak. 167 Hawkins Oak Lane, apartment 320 off Central Avenue. Female was saying move when the call taker answered the phone. A male has her car keys and wouldn't give them back. She started crying. He asked why she was calling the police and gave her her keys back. She did attempt to cancel, but from the sound of the phone call, we need to at least make sure everybody's okay.
