SCSO Dispatch A1 · Oct 10, 9:14PM · 0:30
East Sam 6 in dispatch. Got a complainant about a signal 12. Male on a scooter. He's fled from me on my stop. He's northbound on Colonial heading towards Concord Street. He's wearing a blue shirt, blue hat, no lights. 10-3, 10-31. No longer can, he fled from me, so he's northbound on Colonial, I believe.
