Charles 47 to start for a 459 in progress, 1160 Seamus Avenue. Looks like it's going to be a neighbor to the right of the complainant's house. It's getting broken into. Complainant saw one subject breaking in through the window. It's not a vegan property. There's a male, white, unknown age, thin-build, wearing black jeans and feet were hanging out of the window. His collar's all black shoes. No weapons seen. Charles 4844, copy, you're out as well. 10-4, I copy. Can we start getting in there if they're available? Affirmative.
