3300 West Highway 73, coming over the Taylor's Bayou Bridge. You can look for a rickshaw driver, driving at a high rate of speed and swerving all over the roadway. Black GMC pickup truck, tested the lights, plates, and I'm hearing Williams 7261. Last seen crossing the Taylor's Bayou Bridge. 3300 West Highway 73, going eastbound.
