I have a message with district welfare, Camelback Road and 67th Avenue, just west on the south side of the street. Expanded female, Black, curly hair, black shirt, jean shorts, is laying down on the sidewalk while a complainant was passing by. couldn't stop to check if they're okay. Advised they didn't see anything around her or anything. 47, 17-0's.
