6, 825 East Dania Beach Boulevard at Motel 6, room number 139. Caller advised where she's staying was supposed to be moved into a more cleaner room, and the room she was moved into isn't clean. The fire alarm is hanging down from the ceiling, and she doesn't want to land back into the hospital, so she's requesting PD. She has a lot of health issues. Case number 1220.
