CAD 1, 10-4, Seabreeze Drive and 590. Female jumped out in front of the caller's truck and is now standing in the middle of the road. Female, white, black hair, black boots, and no-knit cars, asking people to hit her. It appears that we are possibly starting EMS also. Sir, caller to come back.
