Greensburg units, I have requests for an officer in the area of 219 East Central Avenue, 219 East Central. Caller's advising there is an individual that is running up and down the alleyway at this location with a four-wheeler. She's advising there are children playing in the alleyway. She's concerned for their safety. She advised that there were originally three four-wheelers. However, two are parked now and only one is still running.
