Took a call from a female potty up at 1775 Washington Street, Trader Joe's parking lot. Approximately 30 minutes ago, she was loading her groceries into her vehicle, and an Italian-looking male potty pulled up and offered her $100 for the Woman Coalition for People in Need. She declined, and then he asked about her juvenile son and if he wanted it. She thought it was concerning.
