Received 6263 en route, 284 Troy Road at the Rosewood Rehab and Nursing Center. First floor common area, tell the response for fall. We have an 80-year-old male, 82-year-old male, fell out of his wheelchair onto his hip. Unwaking, breathing, not fully alert or responsive at this time.
