4. 214, 207, respond to 980 Birchwood. Caller states his assistant is refusing to leave the property. She is on 101. There was supposed to be an exchange of children, and she did take one of the kids and walk southbound on Birchwood. She's wearing a gray jacket, and the child is wearing a red dress.
