520 South Carr Avenue, 520 South Carr Avenue. The RP is from Century Lake. He needs to get on the property, but the resident refusing to allow him. The resident also has two vicious dogs. Our resident was described as a younger male, 20 to 25 years old, wearing a t-shirt and pants. RP will be waiting in his work truck.
