Respond to 2015 Augusta Circle Southeast, 2015 Augusta Circle Southeast. Checking on a white fluffy dog that is on a very long lead. My caller is a male carrier who advised she's seen outside multiple days in a row for long periods of time. Does not appear to have any food or water outside.
