That's clear. We spoke to the caller, and they described a black sedan, two occupants, driver never exited the vehicle. Second person exited the vehicle, thin, male, Hispanic possibly, wearing a white hoodie. And that's pretty much it. We're in the area, but right now we're going to give a 19 Boy.

Units in 25 and citywide, stripping auto in progress, 2245 North Keeler. There's a male wearing a white hoodie. He's cutting the catalytic converter off of a gray vehicle. It came in a black vehicle. Nothing further, zone 12 clear.
