A vandalism just occurred at the Mystic Pines Apartments, 1964 Southwest 27th Street. Caller is a resident. Said two to three ago they heard glass breaking. Looked outside, saw one individual breaking into a neighbor's car. Didn't see him well enough to get a description. Caller yelled at them, and the PR jumped into a blue Hyundai Coupe and left going northbound. Checking the area, Mystic Pines Apartments, 1964 Southwest 27th.
