447. Go ahead. It's a belated accident slash disturbance going to the Knoll Residential Center, 40, excuse me, 440 North 17th Street, making contact with Chelsea. Said it occurred at 2460 Vine in the alley about 15 to 30 ago. A 30-year-old unknown male, white shirt, shorts, and dreadlocks chased her down the alley.
