Lincoln Park, going to have a suspicious. 2430 Chandler, 2430 Chandler. Going to be two people screaming outside. Caller didn't have a visual. En route. I'll be out with the vehicle in Elizabeth Park. Miscomplaint, 32 Adam George Mary 7, Black Ram. 411. I believe he's an Uber driver. Possibly something going on with a customer.
