Both cars make a dispute at Sprockets, 2318 University, 2318 University. We've got a female on the phone just yelling and screaming at people. It's going to be a phase 2 location with an open line. Something about a white car circling the area. Sounds like the suspect vehicle is going to be Queen, Queen, John, 365. Possibly jumped somebody. No answer on several callbacks and not very cooperative. Copy.
