Anyone in the area of 75 North around the 11, getting on the couch for an Estes semi-truck. It's going to be swirling all over the roadway. Going to have a partial tag of 043 or 049. Almost hit the RP. It was last seen traveling northbound. Well owed, 2354. 7, I'm clear. I'm clear.
