stop on a raft out of Rochester, Bolo, last of Rizart, first of March, 11 Soapstone Lane, Rochester, born in 2000. He's believed to be operating a blue Chevy Colorado, some kind of logo on it. Believes it's a company vehicle for his work, possibly construction truck. Subject was involved in domestic violence, simple assault, approximately 22-22 hours at 10 North Main Street in the parking garage. Male struck a female, then left the scene of vehicle. Unknown direction traveled from 10 North Main Street.
