respond for an outside fire at Rose Park? Caller says the mulch is burning in the playground located between the school and the elementary school at Rose Park, 1604 North 21st Street West. Upon calling in, they said the fire was extinguished, but it has reignited. No one was ever seen starting the fire. Use TAC 3.
