1400 Park Street. 1400 Park Street. This party refusing to leave. They're standing by the sidewalk towards the exit. They got a Hispanic male with a camel jacket, green pants, refusing to leave the premises and being belligerent. They believe he's ETOH, coming from a hard time. 1400 Park, Oak Park Highway and Bartholomew Avenue. This party refusing to leave. I got a 10-10 headed that way, just in case. 2126. Control 3, copy.
