Highway, Northeast 6th Street, Nordic C Highway with a 3-minute time delay. With the attention of 11 Delta 17, they stated that the subject hit caller, took off. A subject wearing a red shorts, white shirt, fled on foot, going northbound. It was in a Hyundai Elantra Silver, no tag on the vehicle. The subject took the tag off when he ran, going westbound on 6th Street with a 3-minute time delay. Case number is going to be 3569.
