Central West Zone units, point of information, out of the city, in the area of westbound 690 and Hiawatha Boulevard. Got a dark gray vehicle, New York Ridge, Lincoln, Tom, Yankee, 3646. It's got a Don't Tread on Me flag on the back, driving erratically, keeps turning on blue lights, trying to get people to move out of the way. It's driving very erratically. I don't have any better vehicle description.
