a suspicious person at 1404 Superior at the Walgreens. Their shift lead, Haley, is calling in. They had a 50-year-old white male, dark hat, sunglasses, gray shirt, asked to use their phone, said that he was running from officers or that someone was trying to kill him. He seemed to be rambling. He's currently in the bathroom. He was possibly code 19 or code 74. No weapons seen.
