4, I have a suspicious motor vehicle call. It's going to be parked at 18 East Shelby Street. Area resident reporting a vehicle, a white sedan parked out in front of 18 East Shelby Street. It has the hood and the trunk open. Nobody's in it, and there's no place on the vehicle.
