Basic switch just for this armed person call, 2109 Randolph area. Caller reported a white male, brown baseball cap, brown coat, black backpack, was walking around with a firearm. That same subject called back and said he was standing by for officers at Vail and Laurel. The other party said that SWAT was coming. He did confirm that he does have a firearm on him. It'll be a Miles Massey. Standing by for your other team back.
