Dispatch, is this at the office? It's across the street from the office at 7735 Stockton Boulevard. There's a gray Mercedes. Party has been sitting in the vehicle for the past few days. Possibly has an open container and H&S, possibly on H&S. 7735 Stockton, across from the office.
