They've had a 27-year-old Native American male in a red hoodie, shorts, white Nebraska sunglasses on location for the past two hours, being verbal with employees and customers. He's possibly Code 19 or Code 74, refusing to leave. Currently in the parking lot. Super C, 2601 Ticonderoga.
