Problem with these mini bikes and electric bikes is that they are much faster then pedal bike's and these kids and young adults seem to come out of nowhere when you are driving and obeying traffic laws. I had a young man that I saw on one of the big boy scooters going down a lane in the Meijer parking lot. I was going down an adjacent lane to park. And sure enough my Spiderman sense was prepared when he cut through Parked cars right in front of my vehicle.
Bet they were popping wheelies too!
