Police Dispatch · Oct 9, 3:43PM · 0:24
In the area of Luby's on Twin City Highway for a 10-50 minor, complainant was a passerby. He advised he witnessed a gray BMW SUV and a white pickup truck, Ford or Chevy, collide on 73 near 32nd. They got off on the exit and pulled into one of the businesses near Luby's. It was a port author transfer. I don't have much more information.
