I was literally just there. The kid ran across the street between the cars the first time and got away. They went to run back and that’s when that kid got hit. These parents have to watch their kids that could’ve been avoided that little kid ran in between cars, I feel sorry for the kid and that driver he did not even see the kid coming out from between the cars.
Child got hit by a car…. They was chasing each other around going around park cars …. She injured but she heading to the hospital
