Suspect's out of the vehicle, complying with officer's commands. Units, is the suspect out of the vehicle, complying with his terms?

Units coming northbound, I'd like to get one of you to go around the block for me and stop New Hampshire and 1st, stop westbound traffic. Disregard, I got a unit coming south on New Hampshire now. It's a fishing unit. Everything advised, fishing unit at this time. Unit coming southbound, they'll be about a half a block east. Yeah, it's a small block, so use caution.
